All amounts include 21% VAT. After the first hour, time is charged per started quarter-hour. Parking, materials and necessary trips for specific parts are additional. No separate emergency surcharge.

Sewer camera inspection
One safely accessible pipe section and up to sixty minutes on site, including live assessment and verbal explanation.
Scope and options →Camera add-on
Up to thirty minutes of camera use during an existing unblocking, leak or diagnostic assignment. The agreed base job rate still applies.
How time is measured
On-site time begins when we park as close as reasonably possible to the address. Carrying tools, test equipment and materials to and from the work location is working time. Please arrange a loading or parking place where possible.
Materials and extra work
Materials are charged at regular consumer retail prices. Small consumables up to €30 may be combined on the invoice. Extra work is only carried out after traceable approval. A phone estimate remains indicative until the situation has been inspected.
Payment
Private and new customers normally pay immediately after completion by card, bank app or QR. Business invoices have a ten-day payment term unless agreed otherwise.
